Colonel Crusher is a member of the Army of the Evil Empress. He was voiced by Chris Phillips, and his CGI animations were rendered by Nick Pittom. He appears in the original 2005 short film.
Character history[]
Little is known about Crusher or where he came from. However, he loyally serves the Empress. He is the first monster fought by the Emo Rangers. He is destroyed by the combined Emo Zords. For some reason, he held back until after the Hoodie Patrol proved unable to handle the Rangers.
Development[]
The character was written to be a very broad parody of Goldar, as he fulfills the same basic role in his respective position. Most of his renders were composited over stock footage of parts of Chelmsford, England. This location between Moulsham and Parkway is clearly visible in one of his feature shots.
